24.01.2022 Hello everyone, As you all know 2020 has been a FUN but somewhat difficult year for all sporting clubs. As fantastic as our fund-raising efforts were this year, we have seen the impact 2020 has had on our clubs financially.... In light of this, we decided that every penny counts, so I have gone ahead and registered with Peoples Choice Community Lottery. 22.01.2022 2020 The year of the Covid Cup! Our end of year club celebration was a fantastic day!! Everyone got out there and gave it a go. Roller-skating fun and pizza were the perfect end of year, club celebration!... What a great year this has been. A social year getting to know more people within our association. Creating new friendships and helping to support all clubs through a tough year! Thank you to everyone who played for Goolwa, across all our teams throughout the year! Our members had a fantastic time playing with all of you We hope you have enjoyed the Covid Cup season, and look forward to seeing you all again in 2021 Many thanks, Dawn Birkett
21.01.2022 Less than 2 weeks to go! We are pleased to inform that we will be hosting the opening round for the 2021 season! You can find the full program on the South Coast Association website. Hockey World will be at the first game for all those last minute purchases or just to treat yourself.
20.01.2022 Todays the day! Hockeys back and were hosting the opening round! U14s vs Victor 9:45am U17s vs Aldinga Black 11am Womens vs Victor at 2pm... Mens vs Aldinga Black at 3:30pm We ask that you please all sign in with the Covid Check In QR code or use our manual station at the clubrooms. Don't forget to swing by for lunch. We have some great specials on. Hamburger with lettuce tomato and cheese, add bacon too if you want & Nachos with cheese & sour cream Couldnt be possible without the generous donations from Indulgent Meats , Coastal Meats Victor Harbor & Veg Out ! The Masters Games are said to be going ahead early next year in March and Kate Irvine and I (Dawn Birkett) are looking for both Men's and Women's players to contact us to confirm they want to join the teams! 01.01.2022 SA Masters Hockey Games Hard fought weekend by both our Women's and Men's teams. Women going into finals in first place and Men in second place.... A fantastic effort put in by both teams, both walking away with silver medal. Well done South Coast Sharks
01.01.2022 Happy Sunday y'all So we have been lucky enough to be given the opportunity to hold another Bunnings BBQ this year on Saturday 19th Dec. We realise this is very close to Christmas but also know that our club could really do with this money to make up for what we haven't made this year! ... It would be great to have your friendly faces help out on the day!!
