25.01.2022 Hello everyone in Gundy! Hope you're all safe and well! Wow, has it been a rough time for us locals, and honestly, people Australia wide, from drought to flood and again this nuisance Covid-19.... We were very honoured this week to host the man himself Brad 'Porky' Sutherland of Porky's Pizza!!! And many gorgeous folk from local to Tasmania and Australia wide over this past week, thankyou all. As a courtesy to our loyal customers and diners, we would like to let you know that Tracks Restaurant will be closed for maintenance and family commitments over Easter from this evening Wednesday 31st of March reopening Tuesday 6th April. We sincerely look forward to seeing you again at the end of Easter and post what we hope is simply a hiccup in Australia's road to recovery; a short lived episode in the pandemic. 06.01.2022 The last few nights we have all enjoyed and in some circumstances, endured, the much needed rain. As welcomed as it has been, it has not been without problems. Locals still came out to celebrate anniversaries, get togethers and many, many travellers, truckies and tradies making very long journeys made Goondiwindi their safe haven during the weather. We even personally had the pleasure of meeting some of the "Other Gundy" locals from the other border of NSW and Victoria, as in from Gundagai, whom even knew one of Cindy-Lou's best friends from High School El Williams, Betty and Jerry Crane, amazing! Thanks to everyone who still ventured out in the weather and safely made it here and home, and to the lovely travellers from States and Territories across Australia for choosing to stay and dine with us.
