18.01.2022 This is for every mum who gets worried about their child squirming during an adjustment. This is me adjusting my own daughter . The moral of the story: sometimes kids lay still and sometimes they don’t I’ve been adjusting little squirmers for 18 years, so I’ve developed ways to adapt and they still get a great adjustment. What’s most important is that the kids are loving their adjustments and that we are building a relationship based on trust.

It was so special to have her Aunty, uncles and grandmother attend her first appointment because they didn’t want to miss the milestone

16.01.2022 Today was a chance to say thanks to our team for taking such great care of our patients (and each other) through what has been a covid-crazy year for all. We celebrated with some whale-watching time with @outoftheblueadventures and even got sprayed by a cheeky whale! Some of the things that I appreciate most about them Sue lives to help people. When you need her she’ll always step up to help. She is one of the most loyal and reliable people that you’ll ever meet. She had i...ntended to semi-retire this year but has instead been working extra hours cleaning the practice and keeping everything well-organised. Heather loves to see other people do well. Whether it’s someone starting to exercise, or to reach other life goals, Heather is the best cheerleader. This year she’s embarked on some further studies but I always look forward to Friday’s with her. Lisa is our newest team member joining us at the beginning of this year. Safe to say this year has delivered so much more than she signed up for, but she’s taken it all in her stride. Lisa is passionate about seeing people reach their potential and always encouraging of self-care.
