23.01.2022 Unfortunately due to the wet weather the Easter Party Event set for Friday 19th March has been cancelled. Instead, the Educators will provide the children with fun activities and an Easter egg hunt during the children’s preschool day next week. Sorry for any inconvenience and disappointment cancelling the event has caused.... The Easter Raffle will be drawn on the Thursday 25th at Preschool. Please bring your tickets back to preschool ASAP. The Raffle prizes will be on display at preschool from tomorrow Friday 19th March.

21.01.2022 With the developing COVID 19 situation on the Northern Rivers, we have new restrictions at preschool for Thursday 1st April. * Parents are to sign their child in at the gate and an educator will bring their child into centre * Any member of the public entering the preschool is strongly encouraged to wear a face mask and sanatise their hands. If we don’t see you tomorrow, we wish you a happy and safe Easter break.

18.01.2022 Look at the difference between a typical preschool child’s hand (left) and a seven-year-old hand (right). I have parents asking regularly why their preschool a...ge child isn’t able to write yet. This is why! Their hands are still developing and are not fully formed. So what should they be doing to support this? PLAY!! Play-Doh, colouring, cutting, gluing, playing outside, digging in dirt, sensory play, dress up play, science experiments, beading, puzzles, throwing balls, etc. All of these things help their hands develop. When they are physically ready to write, they will! No need to rush them, they will show you when they are ready! - Unknown

16.01.2022 Preschool returns tomorrow (Monday 20-7-20). We hope our families have have stayed safe and well over the holidays, we can't wait to see all of our happy little possums again ! Families should have recieved a covid-19 email update during the holidays.
