15.01.2022 This one’s for all the adults! How often do you take some time off just to get back in touch with your inner child? Does your inner child have a voice? Do you still have a connection? ... I’ve been a lot better at honouring my inner child. It’s sooo important. That pure, joyous, mindful, playful version of you! Today I took 2 hours to myself, to go to the river, climb rocks, sit in the little waterfalls, play guitar, write a poem and just be one with nature. This kind of indulgence only really happens once a week but it will recharge me until next week. A boogie to your favourite tune, a walk in the sunshine, a swim in the river, a bit of yoga and stretching. Also be kind to yourself and take some time to be mindful and take a few deep breaths.
