09.01.2022 If you watched the Sixers v Scorchers game last night, you probably saw a completely inappropriate response to a poor umpiring decision. The umps don’t always get it right. They are only human. In the CA online review of the game, they noted Philippe and O’Keefe conceded after the game that Marsh didn’t hit the ball. What’s worse, blowing up at the ump, or deliberately appealing for no reason (possibly to try and dupe the ump into not calling a wide) and causing an absolute... howler?? Should those making the deliberately false appeal also be sanctioned? Discuss!
