01.01.2022 *Christmas cancellation policy* Ends 24/12/2020 Due to a number of unattended appointments and late cancelations, we have had to enforce a cancellation policy. Coming into Christmas, appointments are limited and in demand. When clients don't attend to there appointment it is not only disappointing for the salon but also disappointing to the stylist and other clients who could have had this appointment.... The salon also takes a loss when this occurs. We are a small business and can no longer afford to let this slide! We do however understand that things happen and we will use our discretion to waive the policy where we see it is necessary.
