03.01.2022 Real Karate. You see this all the time. There is a delay in reaction time. If you delay in reaction for 1 second it is too long. Amateur karate is where there are delays , real karate no delays. This is where there are clear distinctions between what is real and what is make believe.

02.01.2022 Just sharing some of our karate system. The Goshin kan karate system has a grouping of 6. It expands into 29 different subjects of techniques. Each of those sub...jects has topics which further expands itself into sub topics. An example of section 4 under kumite we have 26 topics on kumite and for instance ippon kumite that has 3 basic defences and 3 intermediate and 3 advance. It is hard to imagine how vast the Goshin kan karate system has grown in knowledge over the years. With the 6th topic of keihstsu we have deep knowledge of self development that would transform the karate person into a Righteous Warrior, from karateka to Budoka. Here we will soon produce our first book on the topic followed by 4 levels of learning and mastering. See more
