22.01.2022 Appointment of Coaches Applicants for the position of League Coach will be interviewed over coming days and we hope to finalise the appointment prior to the AGM.... Once the League Coach is appointed, applicants for the remaining positions will be interviewed, with the incoming League Coach on the interview panel.

18.01.2022 Ballot papers for the election of two Committee Members for two year terms have been posted to eligible electors today, eligible electors being Life Members and... Full Members aged 18 (and above) as at 31 October and who are fully financial. The ballot closes at 7pm Friday 11th December - please ensure your completed Ballot Paper is received by the Secretary, either by post or hand delivery, by that time. Ballot Papers can be returned by hand on most days/evenings, but the Club will open specifically to receive Ballot Papers on Thursday 10th and Friday 11th December from 5 - 7pm. There will be no ballot for Vice President, with Brayden Watkins being the only applicant. Brayden's appointment will be confirmed at the AGM. Our thanks to outgoing Vice President Martyn Goddard and Committee Members Karen Sansom and Alan Sharkey who did not seek re-election. Included with the Ballot Papers is the Notice of Meeting for the AGM, which will be held at the Club at 11am on Sunday 13th December. Notice of Meeting for the AGM have been emailed to Honourary Members, Social Members and non-eligible voter Members. Whilst you are most welcome to attend the AGM, you are not eligible to vote.

If so, please email the Club at [email protected] The Club will be conducting a postal ballot for Commit...tee positions and ballot papers will be posted to Members with voting rights at the addresses you have supplied. PS Don't forget to re-register to play in 2021!!!!



13.01.2022 Player registrations for Gosnells in the 2021 football season are now open. Registration link: https://membership.sportstg.com/v6/regoform.cgi... Please note that all players must re-register online for the 2021 season. Completion of Club paperwork does NOT constitute re-registration. We intend to nominate League, Reserves, Thirds, Colts and Woman's in 2021. Applications for Coaches for 2021 are open for all Grades. Gary (League) and Plugger (Thirds) have advised the Club that they will not be applying for positions in 2021. Please use your own personal contacts to ensure we get as many great applicants as possible. The 'Transfer Window' on SportsTG is open for players wishing to transfer in and out of the Club. It will close on 30 November and re-open again on 01 February.

08.01.2022 The Club has joined up with 'Containers for Change' - a State Government initiative to reduce the amount of recyclable goods going to landfill. U Can RecycleWA ...has placed lime green coloured bins at the Club for eligible containers, with the proceeds coming back to the Club. What can be recycled through this bin system: Most aluminium, glass, plastic, steel and liquid paperboard drink containers between 150ml and 1L are eligible. What cannot be recycled through this bin system: There are some drink containers that are not eligible for a refund. Generally, excluded containers are those that are less than 150ml and greater than 3L. Excluded containers include: Any plain milk containers Any glass containers which have contained wine or pure spirits Containers 1L or larger which have contained flavoured milk, pure fruit or vegetable juice All cordial or syrup containers Registered health tonics Bags are available through the Club if you wish to donate your recycled your containers to the Club - see Bob or Brian. Please do not put other waste into the lime green bins - please do not put recyclable containers into general waste bins.

05.01.2022 It's just one week until Amanda's Garden Fete! The garden is looking beautiful and the weather forecast is good, so add the date to your diary. There will be so...mething for everyone at the fete. Your support will allow us to continue the fight against the deadly meningococcal disease in our community. Amanda's Garden is located at 1520 Matison St, Southern River (at the junction of Margaret St) and is open from 10am - 4.30 on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th October 2020 Entry is $5 All proceeds go to the Amanda Young Foundation. Do you support the 15 minute length of quarters or would you prefer to revert to 18 minute quarters? We have 7 days to respond.
