12.01.2022 Tonight we had our church Christmas Party incorporating a nativity play with Mary, Joseph, innkeeper, Archangel Gabriel, shepherds and angels and lots of different animals in the "stable", with the story told by Saint Nicholas and many popular carols. Santa Claus made an appearance at the end with gifts for all the children and then we all retired to the parish hall for a wonderful feast. For those who have been following the Holy Family with their visitations as part of the tradition of Las Posadas (nine days of religious observance), Mary, Joseph and Donkey enjoyed the nativity play and the gathering afterwards.

12.01.2022 Our sermon today from Fr. Luke Durham for Pentecost 21 is on Matthew 22: 34-46

12.01.2022 Due to our church celebrating the first holy communion of some of our younger members and to our sharing a presentation on the Royal School of Church Music thanks to Steven this weeks sermon from Fr. Luke was necessarily short but no less important or meaniful in its message. Please enjoy.

03.01.2022 Follow the Holy Family Mary, Joseph and Donkey continue their visitations with parishioners as part of the tradition of Las Posadas. This is a novenario (nine days of religious observance). On Wednesday they went to work in an employment agency and after work they had a visit to Bunnings Warehouse where Joseph was very interested in all the carpentery items ... which was not surprising. They are looking forward to Midnight Mass tonight (11.30pm start).

03.01.2022 Sermon for the last Sunday in Advent from Marian Carruthers. Speaking on Mary and faith in Gods plan

01.01.2022 Follow the Holy Family Mary, Joseph and Donkey continue their visitations with parish activities and with parishioners as part of the tradition of Las Posadas. This is a novenario (nine days of religious observance). Today they were amazed at the efforts of the team of church volunteers who packed 80 hampers for distribution this Christmas as part of our Maggie's Pantry project. Thank you so much to the generous parishioners who donated food, toys and cash to enable this minstry to flourish.
