17.01.2022 Pre-season training for men. Pre-season training will commence on Monday 11th January, with training to take place Monday and Thursday for January/February. Training will revert to Tuesday/Thursday in March. The Club has not yet appointed a Coach for the ladies. Once this is done, the Coach will decide on the date of commencement of ladies training.

13.01.2022 Season 2021 commences!!! There will be an informal gathering of players for pre-season drinks at the Gosnells Hotel on Sunday afternoon from 2.30pm onwards. Don’t forget to take your discount cards. If you’ve lost it or don’t have one, the Club will be open Wednesday and Thursday afternoon/evening. Training will be Mondays and Thursday’s from 6 - 7.30pm. Training will change to Tuesday/Thursday in March.... Please see the player registration link above and get yourselves registered.

09.01.2022 Ballot papers for the election of two Committee Members for two year terms have been posted to eligible electors today, eligible electors being Life Members and... Full Members aged 18 (and above) as at 31 October and who are fully financial. The ballot closes at 7pm Friday 11th December - please ensure your completed Ballot Paper is received by the Secretary, either by post or hand delivery, by that time. Ballot Papers can be returned by hand on most days/evenings, but the Club will open specifically to receive Ballot Papers on Thursday 10th and Friday 11th December from 5 - 7pm. There will be no ballot for Vice President, with Brayden Watkins being the only applicant. Brayden's appointment will be confirmed at the AGM. Our thanks to outgoing Vice President Martyn Goddard and Committee Members Karen Sansom and Alan Sharkey who did not seek re-election. Included with the Ballot Papers is the Notice of Meeting for the AGM, which will be held at the Club at 11am on Sunday 13th December. Notice of Meeting for the AGM have been emailed to Honourary Members, Social Members and non-eligible voter Members. Whilst you are most welcome to attend the AGM, you are not eligible to vote.

06.01.2022 Jim Ford Funeral details The Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Mr James "Jim" Foot Moodie Ford will assemble at the main entrance of FREMANTLE Cemetery on TUESDAY 19th january for a cremation service commencing at 2.30pm in the East Chapel. Jim was Secretary of Gosnells Football Club in 1991/92 and a Sunday League Board Member from 1993 to 1999.... Deepest sympathy to Jim's family from all at Gosnells.

01.01.2022 Grand Finals this Saturday Thirds Gosnells will play in the Thirds Grand Final vs Kalamunda on Saturday having defeated Piara Waters in the Preliminary Final at Gosnells on Saturday.... The game will be played at Richard Guelfi Reserve, Stirling commencing at 3pm (game time has been confirmed). Entrance fees will be charged. Players and Officials will receive entry passes - see Plugger or Steely. I hope to have them by Thursday evening. From memory only, spectators aged 17 and over will pay $10 - 16 and under are free. I don't know if there will be any 'concession' rates. Gosnells Oval Gosnells will host the Woman's C2 Grand Final between Swan Athletic and Willetton at 12pm and the Woman's C1 Grand Final between Kingsley and Kenwick Royals at 2pm. 01.01.2022 Gosnells Football Club - Coaching positions re-advertised Gosnells Football Club, a very long established and proud community Club, is seeking Coaches for 2021.... In 2021, the Club will field teams in C1 League, Reserves and Colts, Thirds and Woman’s. All positions are open. We are looking for Coaches who are dynamic, people orientated, with excellent communications skills. The willingness to actively work with our affiliated Junior Football Clubs is essential.
