He assured them that He will redeem and bring them back to Himself so they should not fear; God knows them and calls each of them by name. God’s redemptive love is so amazing; He forgives those who call upon Him in repentance.... People take pride in knowing or rubbing elbows with celebrities and the elite of society. Many would take selfies just to prove that they have at least met a famous person and would brag if this person actually knows them. We need not feel insignificant because God, the creator of the universe, who is way more important than any celebrity, loves those who follow and believe in Him; He knows us better than we know ourselves and He lovingly calls us by name because we belong to Him. Isaiah declares that God is able to make a pool of water gush and spring forth to give life and nourishment to the arid and parched land. God also intends to make known that He is the source of the springs of water.
