10.01.2022 ATTENTION SYDNEY! Save some money on your bills! There is an NSW Government service that helps residents and non-residents pay their bills (electricity and gas). You can receive from $50 to $400. How do you do it? REQUIREMENTS... - Receive the electricity or gas bills in your name (it is not necessary that you have the lease of the house but if you are the holder of the bills) - That you have unpaid invoices - Being able to prove that you are in financial hardship recently (in the last months) PROCESS 1 Apply through the following link: https://www.service.nsw.gov.au//energy-accounts-payment-as making two applications, one for electricity and one for gas 2 Attach unpaid bills (talk to your company and let them know you are applying for EAPA Bill Relief). 3 Wait a few weeks for them to call you to find out more about your situation and determine if they can cover the cost of the invoice or not. 4 If they are convinced, they will approve the payment and the government will cover up to $400 of your bills. So if you meet the requirements do not hesitate to apply! And you already know that for other questions about fees, visas, medical insurance, courses, etc. We are from Monday to Friday at the two offices of Go Study Australia.
