03.01.2022 Hiya guys! I know I haven't posted anything here in a long while - my busy work life and some personal issues have gotten in the way of my art, so I haven't created anything in ages. However, that's about to change! This year, my 2018 resolution is to pick up on and improve my art. I am doing so by giving myself a Redraw Challenge. Whenever I see an old personal artwork of mine, using Facebook's 'On This Day' feature, I am going to redraw it, in whatever medium the original... was done in. The goal is to look back on my progress, see improvements and continue to improve through redrawing old art. I think it's a great way to motivate myself to draw again! This is the first redraw of the year - just a simple, two-year-old sketch. I think I have improved in drawing faces, but I still can't draw hands (especially curled hands) to save myself! Definitely need practice on that front. Most of the rest is much the same, so no drastic improvement here. But still happy with the result! I will continue to post redraws here, and also I am still open for commissions!
