I want to challenge all of you reading this to get outside if you can with your family and go for a walk or ride with your some or all of your family. 12.01.2022 I was doing 5x5 completing all sets and reps, not to failure. The reason though for the post is my thoughts on breathing. Some say brace everything up and hold your breath. As you can, I like the thought of breathing out on exertion/strain and then breathing in not under exertion/strain. Both have their own benefits and my thought on breathing through out movement is that it keeps the oxygen flowing thru your system and aiding in keeping the oxygen in the blood at a good con...centration. Please challenge me if your thoughts are different as I am open to learning different thoughts and things. I know everyone of us face challenges in our lives whether they be physical , emotional or mental. And sometimes these challenges we face are never easy for any of us. These challenges impact on our lives, our families, friends and work. ... Being resilient and finding your own personal strong point to hold on to when you feel a challenge coming on will help.
