18.01.2022 MAY MOVEMENT CHALLENGE How good is your active straight leg raise? Send us your attempts of your active straight leg raise for this month's movement challenge. If you struggle, give us a call on (02) 4821 5544 to get your body moving better.... The straight leg raise pattern demonstrates both the hip mobility of the raised leg as well as the opposite leg in the other direction. This test observes core stability to keep hips stable whilst the lower extremity moves. If you have a buddy, get them to line a stick up vertically with where your ankle bones line up. Any players who picks up an injury during playing or at training, let your coach/manager know, and you will be allocated a 15 minute assessment between 5-6pm Wednesdays at Goulburn Physiotherapy Centre.
