22.01.2022 Goulburn Aquatic and Leisure Centre will open early this weekend! Originally scheduled to open from Monday 12th October, you can swim from tomorrow. Operating hours for weekends are 8am to 5:45pm Saturday, and 9am to 5:45pm Sunday.

21.01.2022 The Goulburn Recreation Area continues to serve as an evacuation point for residents and visitors, as well as being the point for large animal evacuation. We wo...uld like to reinforce that visitors returning from the coast or other evacuation areas with caravans should attend the Goulburn Recreation Area as their first point of call. If needed we have other venues such as the Workers Arena available to open, but at this stage we don't anticipate that will be needed. We will keep everyone updated over the next few days.

20.01.2022 It is with deep regret that we announce that due to the current situation with COVID 19, the 2020 Swap Meet has been cancelled. Many months of planning go into ...the Swap Meet each year, and whilst devastating for the Club and our Swap community, there is simply no other choice. Indoor and undercover site holders will be contacted over the coming weeks to arrange refunds for pre-paid sites. Please bear with us while we work through this. The impact of this is significant, and results in tens of thousands of dollars not being raised through our annual Swap Meet, which will in turn impact our ability to do the work that we do with various Rotary charities and projects. We hope to have your support for our future events and activities when normal programming resumes. 15.01.2022 Goulburn Mulwaree Council is preparing for the return to community sport from July 1, following the easing of COVID-19 restrictions by the NSW Government. Indoo...r venues have strict limits on attendance numbers, using the one person per 4 square metre rule. Council has now developed a COVID-19 Management Plan for the Veolia Arena and Ross Whittaker Basketball Stadium that will need to be followed by all indoor sports that use these facilities. The NSW Government COVID-19 Safety Plan for community sporting competitions, and the COVID-19 Management Plan for the Veolia Arena and Ross Whittaker Basketball Stadium will be distributed to sporting organisations through the Sports Council, and are available to view here: https://bit.ly/2N7SrX5
