25.01.2022 Saturday 21st November- Mixed Championships and Xmas party - 2pm Goulburn Tennis Club is holding the Goulburn mixed championships In conjunction with our Xmas ...party. We STRESS to everyone that this isn’t a serious event and hoping for as many to attend as possible to celebrate a tough and different year we’ve all had with some social tennis,a few drinks and a BBQ for $15. We’d love to see for example dads playing with daughters and mums playing with sons and husband and wife teams. Grades will be determined by the amount of entries. Please contact Dave to enter.

22.01.2022 Another good weekend at the Goulburn Tennis Club The Championships was well contested over the weekend with perfect weather for it. A grade Men’s Singles seen ...a player that has played almost every championships since its return in 2013 Brad Griffin win a tough final in the end 6/1,6/5(7/3) over young Kade Robertson. A Grade Ladies Singles was won by a great young player Olivia Plumb over Shay Willis in a tight final 9-7 A Grade Men’s Doubles Jarred Hunt and Jarrod Twaddell won over Brad Griffin and Chris Norris A grade Ladies Doubles Ella and Jenna Ferris combined as a great mother and daughter team to win the toughest and tightest of finals over long time friends Sue Leahy and Ruth Gibson 6/7,7/5,11-9 in the super tie break. B Grade Mens Singles Graeme Andrews won against young Andreas Chintis Thank you to all the players in attendance, hope you all enjoyed the tennis. Thank you to all the helpers as well to make the weekend possible.

13.01.2022 Merry Christmas and a Happy New This year we had a very rare break in competition tennis and complete closure of the courts which wouldn’t have been seen for many many years, if ever. A big positive was the many new members that have come on board due to tennis being one of the few sports being able to continue through without too much break at all. ... We look forward to another bigger and better year in 2021 and hopefully your valued support continues. 11.01.2022 TENNIS COMP RETURN Singles: We are still unsure of a return date with comp restrictions still in place but hopefully in the coming weeks we will be able to st...art a singles comp that will go for the remainder of term 2 from when it kicks off. As soon as we get the go ahead we will notify a start date. We will be catering for A and B/C Grades.
