If so, you’ll be pleased to hear I will be offering a 6-week online meditation course soon. If you sign up, you’ll receive a weekly video by email, with a guided meditation practice and a short (5 10 min) background talk. I’ll also conduct fortnightly Zoom workshops for extra real-time group practice and the opportunity for Q & A. The fee will be $50. Let me know if you’re interested.
