08.01.2022 For those who can't live without the Peanut Sauce! Peanut Dipping Sauce 1/2 Teaspoon of Red Curry Paste... 2 Heaped Tablespoon of Crunchy Peanut Butter 1/2 Can (200 mls) of Coconut Cream Small amount of vegetable oil 1. Pour vegetable oil into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat, add Red Curry Paste and stir until fragrant. 2. Add the Peanut Butter and stir until melted, then add the Coconut Cream. 3. Let the mixture simmer while constantly stirring. The sauce should be ready when oil starts to rise to the surface. Serve as an accompaniment to the Satay. Cucumber Relish 1 Lebanese Cucumber 1/2 Small Red Onion 1/2 Red Chilli 1/2 Cup of White Vinegar 1/4 Cup of Raw Sugar 1. Heat White Vinegar in a small saucepan, once it starts to boil, add sugar. Simmer until all of the sugar dissolves. Set aside. 2. Slice the cucumber, red onion and chilli into small pieces, add them into a small bowl and stir through the vinegar dressing. Serve as an accompaniment to the Satay.
