11.01.2022 Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Herbs love pasta and we love this quick and easy recipe from @katiewilliams Parsley Pesto Pasta Parsley Pesto: 1 packet of @gourmetgarden_aus Lightly Dried Parsley ... 2 tablespoon of crushed garlic or 2 chopped cloves 1/4 cup of good quality olive oil 1/2 a lemon - squeezed 1/2 cup of pine nuts (toasted for extra flavour) Pinch of salt BLEND until well combined! If the pesto is too thick add more olive oil or lemon juice. Pasta: Bring water to a boil, add spelt pasta, cook for 5-6 mins! Now COMBINE! Stir in homemade parsley pesto with 1 packet (250gram) of cooked Spelt pasta 2 cups of fresh rocket 1 punnet of baby tomatoes 1/2 punnet of kalmata olives or about 15 1/2 punnet of sun dried tomatoes Top with roasted pine nuts, pepitas and a little salt and pepper. Serve straight up or enjoy as a cold pasta salad! Serves 4-5. See more

01.01.2022 Spicy Sweet Potato Soup is always a good idea in winter. Thanks for the recipe @LisaEatsWorld Ingredients 800g sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced 400g carrots, peeled and sliced 1 onion, finely chopped... 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chilli Paste 2 tsps ground turmeric 1 litre vegetable stock Salt and pepper to season 150g milk or coconut milk Method 1. In a large pot, add the sweet potato, carrot, onion, garlic, turmeric, chilli paste and stock. Bring the mixture to the boil then reduce the heat and let it bubble gently for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat. 2. Use a hand mixer/stick blender to blend the soup mixture until smooth. 3. Season with salt and pepper. Stir through milk or coconut milk. Serve immediately topped with a drizzle of cream, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, fresh lime and extra chilli if desired. See more
