I was dreaming of blue berry pancakes after my post yesterday, so I thought it would be a good opportunity for me to try the new shake and pour pancake and waffle mix from PomPom Paddock. This new kid on the block is no ordinary gluten-free pancake mix. It contains the signature Pom-poms Paddock super flour (made with dried cauliflower!).
