25.01.2022 As the year draws to a close, we have an opportunity to pause and think about the year that has been. Wow 2020- What a year you have been!!!! New Year's Day isn’t all about leaving the past behind (although there isn’t much of 2020 I am wanting to carrying forward) it’s also about facing new challenges with a fresh perspective. ... This year I have found yet another level of resilience, we’ve endured hardship, dug into deeper strengths, cried with some of you and laughed with many of you as well. As this year draws to a close, we want to take the opportunity to say a heartfelt ‘Thank You’ for supporting our family owned business during one of the toughest years in retail history. By choosing us we have survived when many other businesses have closed their doors. Whether you realise it or not, supporting local business has a tremendous impact on our community. It allows me to employ 8 locals as part of our team and support many local charities. I look out over our cafe area and see and hear community happening. That makes it worthwhile. Your support has helped us build a lovely and caring community within our little lease area of the Plaza We sincerely wish you all a wonderful new year filled with rich blessings and a 2021 that will be remembered for wonderful reasons. Silly yaks are a dedicated Gluten Free manufacturer, manufacturing and packing in a 100% Gluten Free environment but the quality, taste and mouth feel of their products are second to none. Taste comes first with the fact that they are GF a bonus. I tried the spinach and ricotta roll yesterday and it was delicious.

12.01.2022 Just a little over two weeks of wearing their Baxter Blue blue light reducing glasses and we are definitely noticing less red eyes from strain and less mental fatigue and headaches. Anneliese would be constantly rubbing her eye, which I honestly havent seen her do since wearing her glasses while at the computer. The reason I decided to stock these glasses was simply because I have been concerned about the increase in my childrens screen time. Learning seems to have slid...e steeply towards on-line computer based learning and the amount of time my children are on screens is something I am concerned about.
