24.01.2022 Any dog can get an ear infections. But long- eared dog like spaniels, retrievers and hairy ones like poodles and terriers are more susceptible. Look for head shaking , pawing their ear, redness and odors are all signs of a ear problem. If you do happen to recognise these signs please give us a call to arrange an ear consultation.

19.01.2022 It’s exciting times all round here at Gowrie Vet Clinic. Meg A corgi & an expected mum to be of 8 babies was presented to the clinic collapsed, seizuring & suffering Hypoglycaemia. Our team medically managed Meg to stabilise her Hypoglycaemia , Meg begun to go into labour and became so exhausted due to the fact she had 8 babies to deliver so Dr Sarah had to perform life saving surgery for her to be able to have viable puppies. ... Mission accomplished from Our nursing team & Doctor Sarah All of her 8 beautiful babies came in for health checks and vaccinations

18.01.2022 Many of you may know Dr Gundi as the owner and veterinarian at Gowrie Vet Clinic, for others you may know her as a mother, friend , valued member of the community or a awsome boss. ( if you’re lucky enough to work here) Gundi has always been passionate about the links between farming, food and health. We are excited to announce that she has written and published a book, so she can share her wealth of knowledge with you all in this field . Pictured here is Simba and her much loved best friend Mia who came to the clinic for her second vaccination.
