18.01.2022 *****COMPETITION TIME***** 'Non-Stop Study' Photo Competition Hello everyone! It's competition time again! The 2020.1 Written Exams are coming up shortly, so it would be fun to have a little competition to see how everyone is doing at this critical time in their preparation. This is why we are looking for photos around the theme of "Non-Stop Study", with a little bit of Festive Season flair! This competition is open to everyone preparing for the upcoming written exams,... and your photo should contain some Festive Season related elements. The more study and festive elements, the better! The picture/s should also be in good lighting. You can submit your picture/s in the comments below, or to our email ([email protected]) or Facebook page (GP Academy of Australia) in a private message. 04.01.2022 To all 2020.2 AKT/KFP candidates, I am deeply saddened to hear of the terrible incident that occurred to the AKT/KFP examinations. With the numerous hours of hard work and stress that you have experienced over these last few months, I can only imagine your frustrations, and how devastating this is for you and your family. I wish the RACGP would appreciate how both these exams and the pandemic have impacted every single aspect of your lives. We believe there should have been m...ore a robust planning process for the remote AKT/KFP examinations. As you are aware, the RACGP is going to provide us with an update next week and we are all anxiously waiting to see what their plan is. GP Academy will be using this information to create a roadmap to assist candidates during these stressful times. We understand that you may be concerned about your access to the Student Portal for your continuing preparation. Rest assured, the team at GP Academy is dedicated to supporting you until the end of the 2020.2 written exams. We have decided to extend access to your individual 'Student Portal' until we know more about the RACGP's plan regarding the AKT/KFP. We will be in touch regarding further updates as soon as the college releases more information. In the meantime, please give yourself and your loved ones a break after all the hard work and stress that you've all been through. Kind regards, Sol Adibnejad
