In our Yin Stretch and Breathe class, we target the deep connective tissues of the body the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks. A class usually consists of a series of passive floor poses held for up to, 1, 3 or 6 minutes that mainly work the lower part of the body the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. ... 01.01.2022 Hey Parents,,,, Gpower Dance is starting back up Kids Dance Fusion classes Saturdays (starting tomorrow) 12:30pm and Wednesday’s @ 5:15pm. Dance fusion is a fun and friendly dance class for kids ages 5-9. Get your kids active and learning the basic fundamentals of various dance styles such as Jazz, Funk, Zumba Hiphop, and even some latin Ballroom.
