19.01.2022 GPS Adventure Tours Rebranding GPS Adventure Tours is a Western Australia based tourism business offering small group tours in Western Australia. Following the COVID-19 pandemic the company has gone through a rebranding process, renaming the company to Lumineer Adventure Tours. The COVID-19 pandemic presented GPS Adventure Tours with the opportunity to review our current business operations. Since May 2020 the team has been working with Glide Agency located in Perth, Western ...Australia to develop an updated business identity aligning with our current company goals. The issue for GPS Adventure Tours was our current product was unable to effectively be sold to the local market, with our client base pre-pandemic consisting of overseas travelers and tourists from the Eastern States. GPS Adventure Tours started tours in early 2018, when the business was started the primary focus was on adventure based tours, as the business evolved stargazing became our niche offering on tours. As previously stated the COVID-19 pandemic allowed the team at GPS Adventure Tours to review the current business plan, where it was discovered the business had led away from the original Adventure based tours with stargazing now being the main business focus. Up until COVID nearly all of our customers were from overseas and interstate, 80% international travelers and 20% domestic interstate. We wanted to create shorter tours appealing to the local market In WA we don’t have to travel far to see great night skies From today GPS Adventure Tours will become Lumineer Adventure Tours. Our Brand Statement Lumineer Adventure Tours provides tours to those who are adventurous explorers with a magical storytellers voice, helping them feel transported, joyous and connected. Our Promise - To take you on an unforgettable journey of adventure and discovery to experience the wonders and magnificence of our culture, land and skies. Still the same team lead by Gavin Parker, offering unique Western Australian experiences, fresh food catered to most dietary requirements and use of an extensive mobile observatory. We look forward to welcoming you on your next Lumineer Adventure Tours experience, Stars, Stories and Discoveries

19.01.2022 MEET THE TEAM! - Isaac Isaac joined the team in April 2019 as the business grew and has found his way to the role of Operations Manager. He Completed his Cert III in Tourism in early 2020 and is now studying his Cert IV in Tourism. He is also learning Japanese as apart of his development in the tourism industry. Isaac is fond of all things travel, especially within WA itself. He has recently been granted his PTA license which enables him to also now run tours solo! Isaac's bi...ggest interest is how bush tucker was incorporated into the Indigenous Australian diet and how it was used and treated for medicinal purposes. He finds the most rewarding part of the job is the wildlife he gets share with customers as well as being able to showcase the night sky how it was meant to be seen. He's an exceptional hard worker and makes the best effort he can in his role in the team. See more

He began his journey in 2016 and through 2017 working through all the business logistics with the first tour in January 2018. 08.01.2022 What is the deep sky? A deep sky object (#DSO) is any #astronomical object that is not an individual star or #Solar #System object (Sun, Moon, planet, comet, etc). It is usually used to classify objects such as star clusters, nebulae and galaxies. DSOs are faint or underwhelming through a telescope eyepiece, however they explode with colour and distinct detail when photographed. Below photographed is the Hubble Deep Field, a small region in the constellation Ursa Major, constructed from observations by the #Hubble #Space #Telescope.

03.01.2022 One of the things we love about our tour Pinnacles Sunset and Stargazing, is the knowledge we have gained about bush tucker and that we can now share this with our customers. This is the fruit of the coastal pig face , tastes like zucchini and you can eat it raw.
