02.01.2022 In Banksia the students participated in a maths investigation. They were given a maths scenario in which they had to test the statement ‘If you whisper Roll me a six! to the die before you roll it, you have a higher chance of getting a six.’ They had to make a prediction, answer questions, carry out their investigation and represent their findings in a graph.

02.01.2022 1/KSR have been learning about Rube Goldberg machines. We have learnt about push and pull forces, gravity, levers, ramps and pulleys. 1/KSR were challenged to build their own machine which would eventually feed an animal. We loved designing, making, testing and appraising our machines!

01.01.2022 720kgs of cookie dough were delivered to school today! Thank you to the helpers that packed all the orders and thank you to everyone who bought cookie dough to help raise funds for our school!
