17.01.2022 Hi all. Firstly I apologize, I know I've been quiet for awhile. Just want to share that due to the ever changing circumstances relating to COVID 19, I will also be changing a few things. Firstly for all those who are still comfortable using the gym, I will be running sessions as per normal, taking extra precautions with hygiene. Second for those that do not feel comfortable using the gym, I am offering a variety of things. Firstly will be outdoor sessions. I have my own equip...ment and am happy to organize times with people to accommodate this. This also opens up the opportunity for people who do not have gym membership to train one on one with me. A service I haven't previously had. I will also be offering other alternatives such as programing for home sessions or video conference/sessions. I also have a variety of small groups outdoors for those that are interested too. Thank you to all who are continuing to support me.
16.01.2022 SKYE Shout out to this legend. First milestone of 10kgs lost! She lost the first 5 during the challenge, but also taking a massive 12cm off of her waiste. She has since lost another 4kg in the last 2 months. Skye came to me a few months back wanting to lose weight. She had tried in the past, having worked with a trainer. But not being able to stick to it or, more so, struggled with diet.... I got Skye to join the 8 week challenge, to give her goals and targets to work towards and keep her on track. Like everyone trying to change a lifetime of bad habits, she had her ups and downs. But I let her know the whole way that that was normal, and not to let it keep you down, but put it behind and keep going. And she still is, and looking great! See more
13.01.2022 SEAN Another win for 8 week challenge fitter faster. And in impressive top 6 state finish. If that's not impressive enough, what is, is that just over two years ago, Sean weighed in at 120kg and could not even do a body weight squat. You wouldn't think it looking at how he looks in these photos. Sean has constantly put in the time, effort, sweat and tears and has the results to show for it. He's done some other amazing things since training with me including his first ever full course of True grit, and the 12km city to Bay run.
