17.01.2022 What a wonderful crowd at the Woombye Netball games today. We started with a drop in helpers so a mum (Lisa) stepped in to take the orders and did a wonderful job. Those of you who have worked the 'bush register' will know it takes skill!!! Thankyou to Robyn, Carmel and Jade for helping out today. Deadly Espresso on Walkabout is our major fundraising activity that will get us over the Covid-19 forced closures and keep SevGen in community doing innovative social solution activ...ities in Justice, Health & Wellbeing and Education & Employment in a different way. 12.01.2022 Future proofing with Deadly Espresso on Walkabout at the Sunshine Coast Airport new runway opening 3 day events. The team got a tour of the tarmac before the plane landing on the Sunday and we all came away blown away with the enormity of the project. This little event sparked Coffee&Careers with one of our team exploring an engineering cadetship when she starts her engineering degree. Too Deadly!

12.01.2022 We are looking to activate Deadly Espresso on Walkabout in 2020. We have a couple of bookings rebooked but this is our major fundraising activity so please if you hear of any needs for a mobile coffee service or coffee catering please let us know.

11.01.2022 TEWANTIN Tennis Juniors Tournament has a cruisy flow to it. Some future champions in the making here. We were able to give some experience for Hayden today who is keen for more and has a friend who needs a practical opportunity to enhance a short barista course. We have another upskilling session tomorrow too Back again tomorrow 7:30am-2:00pm if you live locally pop in for a Great Coffee Great Cause day starter!

08.01.2022 Waiting for the festivals and events to start again :-( DEoW is the major fundraising activity for the Deadly Espresso group where we organise and run much of our justice, health, education and employment activities.
