25.01.2022 Here's a look at our Australasia Celebration Weekend! An inspiring, uplifting, and fellowship-filled weekend was enjoyed by all 200 plus attendees. We were blessed to have GCI President Greg Williams and his wife, Susan, with us, as well as many visitors from New Zealand, Fiji, and Myanmar! We also had the opportunity to thank John McLean for his years of service to GCI and to welcome Daphne Sidney as Australasia's new Superintendent. John will continue his ministry as Director of ACCM.

19.01.2022 Here's to a JOYFUL third week of Advent!

18.01.2022 Are you connected with your congregation online? With church services cancelled indefinitely, many of our congregations are hosting services on Zoom and Skype or sending out updates and prayer requests over email. If you're not on your church's mailing list, please contact your pastor or send us a message to get connected! Now, more than ever, we're so thankful that the church is not just a physical building or a few hours each week, but a living body of people sharing the love and hope of Jesus each day.

15.01.2022 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! 2 Corinthians 5:17 #EasterSunday

14.01.2022 "The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." - Lamentations 3:22-23

10.01.2022 God calls us to be peacemakers, not peacekeepers. Peacekeepers struggle to keep peace at all costs and do their best to avoid any confrontation, while peacemake...rs are willing to challenge people for the sake of true reconciliation. We cannot be true makers of peace by avoiding conflict, honesty, and tense situations. For a peacemaker, reconciliation means waiting for Holy Spirit clues as to when to speak the truth in love, and then listening with an attentive, open heart. Making peace can get messy, especially when you allow for honest communication. There may even be some offence taken, but we must be mature enough to work through the process without becoming defensive. The issue should never be us versus them. Spend a few moments taking inventory of your heart: Are there any places where you might profess a love for peace but your words and actions show differently? How is God calling you to be a peacemaker in your life, your home, and your community? #GCIMeditationMonday See more

05.01.2022 In light of the current crisis, please read GCI President Greg Williams' address to our church. We will be posting updates on this page and on our website gci.org.au "As we face new situations and the associated challenges, let us be in the present moment and walk in faith and trust in our most loving Triune God to guide and shield us. I like this quote: 'Happiness is the experience of living every moment with love, grace and gratitude.' [Dr Waitley]" - Australasia Superintendent Daphne Sidney https://preview.mailerlite.com/l8i0r1/1380773353891043113//

01.01.2022 Last week we had the absolute joy of catching up with a few ACCM students from our cohort in the Philippines! Here's what one of them had to say about the course they are studying - Jesus and the Gospels: "I really learned a lot it will enhance my teaching in Bible studies and preaching (when I get the opportunity). Using exegesis to find the historical context, about the author etc, means the more I read and know about Jesus the more I appreciate and love him." - Juarc R.
