12.01.2022 This quote had a profound effect on me. "Life was never meant to be about competing or comparing" I have been sold this anxiety forming untruth most of my life. From a child, from my family, especially at school and higher education, sport , fashion, TV, and through out my western society.What freedom of spirit when I can just be myself not having a false benchmark to achieve. What do you think?

02.01.2022 2016 -Being able to work in Uganda with the young women in the Crisis Centre was a honour and a privilege. Incorporating Somatic Psychotherapy with Trauma issues so quickly was very insightful. 2017- After a much needed break I am back at work. Individuals and Couples are most welcome. I use a collaborative, holistic and honourable approach towards others. Linda
