06.01.2022 Bible (Isaiah 55:6-9) and Prayer 6 Seek the LORD while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near. 7 Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the LORD, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon. 8 For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways, says the LORD. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your... thoughts. Prayer: Yes Lord, Your thoughts are the best and Your Ways are the highest. May the LORD clean the world of all self destructive trade wards, and all wicked leaderships. Grant us national leaderships who will support mutually beneficial free trade among the nations and global cooperations that are the most effective in combating the current Coronaviruses pandemics and social and economic recoveries with the most effective assistances and vaccines provided to the poor, the desperate and the sick. We seek the LORD while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the LORD, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon all our transgressions and unrighteousness. Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, We praise You Oh Lord our God for Your Upright and Righteousness granted to all Nations and Peoples, for all are under Your Sovereignty and Rule. You reward with Peace and Prosperity to those who are humble and seek Your Refuge and Security, but penalise those who are too proud with their gunboats and bombers, and with their hands full of the blood of Innocent People over numerous wars, even failing to love their own poor and desperate, even open fire upon their own people those who stand up for what is right, and even going around the world bullying and trying to force smaller and weaker nations and peoples to submit to their worldly empirical power and tyranny and at times lacking even the slightest mutual respect for other nations and territories, and even trying to hold to power after they have been voted out by their own people. But You have brought them down and shown Your Mercy and the Work of Your Mighty Hands to the World the Consequences of Your Divine Judgement, and bless the humble and poorer peoples of Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, South America and the rest of the world to stand against ungodly principalities and claim victory for Your Glory. Help us all Lord to recover from the current global economic recession and from the covid pandemic. For our zeal has consumed me, because our enemies have forgotten Your words. Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your member...s? 2 You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask. 3 You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures. 4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. 5 Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously? 6 But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. 7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 9 Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. 10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up. Prayer: Help us all Lord to stay away from all evil principalities including the self-desctuctive global trade war, the global Coronaviruses pandemic, and age-old racial discrimination and related killing in North America. And help us Lord with greater effort for engaging all nations mutually in social and economic reform development and advancement, in global free trade and investments, in building mutual trust among the nations and peoples, and in the improvement in the freedom of religion and democratic reforms. Grant us Lord the will to be your people, for God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. And Lord, grant us the will to repent from all our transgressions and disobedience: Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.
