22.01.2022 Are you doing what you love? What’s your passion? Are you living life or surviving? Are you just looking to meet your immediate needs keeping food on the table, keeping a roof over your head, paying your bills? Or, is there more to your life?... Maybe you know your purpose in life and are not living it out. If so, I will guess that you’re probably struggling with the fact that you know what you should be doing but are not doing it. If you’re experiencing these feelings of frustration and discontentment, maybe you should pay attention to them. They might be telling you that it is time to take action. Maybe you need a new career or even a move to a different part of the world in pursuit of your life purpose. I’m not saying that you should make radical changes to your life; I am saying that you should be asking yourself: What do I need to do to live out my purpose in my life? As April’s Super moon approach’s this week and this Scorpio moon energy will hold you closely to look deeply into how you are living your life. Kundalini Yoga is much different than other forms of yoga. You can expect to dance, jump, hold poses for a long length of time, and breathe deeply and repeat...edly no two classes are ever the same! 19.01.2022 Let me share with you a simple 3-step process to turn offers of help into meaningful support... Have you ever thought that when someone offer's you help, it is from a place of politeness? Similar to...'how are you?' There is a standard answer we automatically respond with, however if we answered from our authentic self the answer can be more to our vibrational frequency. I get that sometimes you just don't want to share your feelings. Back to... ‘let me know how I can he...lp’. and how do we embrace the offer from a place of goodness. Here is a simple 3-step process that you can do next time someone says 'let me know how I can help' to you; 1. take a deep breath (good yogi practice), 2. assume the offer is genuine (good yogi practice), and 3. tell them exactly what help you need using the list of tasks you have created. (Don't deny it... you know there is a list.) Most of the time people really do want to help they just want to know what they need to do and when they need to do it. We all could do with meaningful support in our lives. It helps us build a healthy community. Next time you are offered some help, try the 3-step process and you never know you may just make someone's day by allowing them to help you. With gratitude... Jenny

15.01.2022 Have you ever wondered about sound healing therapy? Sound healing therapy uses aspects of music to improve physical and emotional health and well-being. Research has linked music to a number of health benefits, from boosting immune function and lowering stress levels to improving the health of premature babies.... There are a few different types of sound therapy, each with different benefits. Gongs are used in sound therapy. The gong sound is changed frequently to avoid producing a fixed, monotonous rhythm. The auditory stimuli of the gong process lead to entrainment, a form of beneficially modified brainwave frequencies. The first brainwave state to be reached is alpha, which is defined by frequencies between 8 and 12 Hz. Alpha brainwaves are associated with creativity and feelings of relaxation. In this state, people experience daydreams, associative thinking and an animated imagination. This state is quickly followed by an influx of theta brainwaves, which fall between 4 and 7 Hz. Normally, the theta brainwave state is associated with deep meditation, hypnosis and REM sleep. It is thought that audible brainwave entrainment reduces anxiety, pain, and symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and overall a sense of wellness. A gong therapy sessions can be one-on-one that are designed for your specific requirements. There is also group gong sessions that can be added to your wellness program. A session may involve sitting or lying down while the gong is played and the vibrations from the sounds take effect. Every class is different, because in astrology, the moon represents the most intimate sides of ourselves: our emotions, moods, instincts, feelings, memories, vulnerab...ilities, and our sense of safety and comfort. 08.01.2022 When did you last communicate without words? Eye contact is how myself and my Tibetan nun friend communicated while we sat in a cave. No words could be spoken as verbal communication was not meant to be, as neither of us spoke the other persons language. It was the most humbling experience to have time with this person, as we laughed and laughed. What did we laugh about? To be honest, I don’t know.... however I do know... it was super funny as we had laughter tears rolling... down our faces. Sometimes, when two souls come together you don’t need language or to know the why’s. Just be in the moment and feel the touch of another soul as it can last a lifetime or two.

If so, there is a lovely meditation that helps you get things done. To keep you focused so that you can finish anything.... Tapa Yog Karam Kriya How to do it: Sit in easy pose Stretch your arms out straight in front of the Heart Charka, parallel to the ground, palms together, then open your palms so they face out , and only the wrists are touching. Mantra: Sat Naam, Sat Naam, Sat Naam, Sat Naam, Sat Naam, Sat Naam Wha-hay Gu-roo You want to do the mantra on one breath. Focus your eyes on the tip of your nose. Do it for 11 minutes every day. Try it for 40 days. This kriya develops will power and gives the capacity to understand the elements of your personality.
