20.01.2022 My personal transformation - 20kg in 12 months and currently maintaining and keeping the weight off! During my weight loss phase I did a mix of weight lifting and cardio, a total of 4-6 times per week, along with a consistent calorie deficit! ... Through trial and error I was able to balance my social life and cravings throughout so I was able to enjoy and maintain my weight loss journey!



19.01.2022 Sophies fitness journey Sophie trained with me 2-3x per week over a 6 week period - and although her weight remained the same she noticed a huge difference in her fitness, strength and body composition! Sophie continued training 1-2 x per week with additional cardio from soccer and has managed to upkeep the majority of her progress thus far!

15.01.2022 Jasons weight gain! Jason gained a total of 10kg over a 2 month period and is currently holding his new weight at maintenance! Jason weight trained 3-4 times per week with me, with additional cardio through his personal hobbies! ... Jason upped his daily food intake a whopping 1k calories - eating around 3000 calories a day, protein focused. Proud of Jason for his efforts and holding his progress this far!

09.01.2022 Heidis journey so far! Although the scales haven’t shifted much for Heidi so far, her body composition has adjusted with her goal of becoming stronger and fitter. In just 8 weeks she has felt a huge difference in her mood, along with a significant fitness and strength increase. ... Heidis goal is to get back to her 120kg deadlift and she is already half way there! Go Heidi!
