I think I cried for over an hour with memories of what this time used to be for me and how it was filled with such love and anticipation - and now it brings back memories of the reality of emptiness and sadness. With the year we have had. So I would like to remind you that there are people for whatever reason who are not looki...ng forward to Christmas. Some people are not surrounded by large wonderful families. Some of us have problems during the holidays and are overcome with great sadness when we remember the loved ones who are not with us any longer. For many it is their first Christmas without a particular loved one and many others lost loved ones at Christmas. And, many people have no one to spend these times with and are besieged by loneliness. We all need caring, loving thoughts right now. If I don't see your name, I'll understand. I ask my friends wherever you might be, to kindly post this status for one hour to give a moment of support to all those who have family problems, health struggles, job issues, worries of any kind and just need to know that someone cares. It’s a chapter that is closed forever and did not expect this so soon, but they do say that life is so unpredictable. Everyone deserved to get a boss and mentor like you, may your soul rest in peace.... Dick was cherished had a amazing sense of humor, in business he was straight forward and as honest as the day long. I will carry on with on with the knowledge, guidance, skills, advisory, mentor with the benefits and opportunity that you gave me when I started working you for over 23 years ago. You and Lyn were always there for me, Dazz and my whole entire family, all of the milestones that are families endure and also the hell that I did go through in the earlier years of starting work with you. You and Lyn was always there for me.I will never get the chance to say thank you, I was so great-full for your kindness, friendship and just being you. Dick Sullivan aged 78 and first stared in the Real Estate Industry in Rockhampton in 1978, moving to Gracemere in 1988 where Dick & Lyn establishing a very successful Real Estate business that he employing several staff. In September 2012 they decided to sell the rent roll to Ray White Gracemere and to enjoy their retirement and to devote more time to their racing interests that they both loved so dearly. Dick Sullivan was and will always be a Local Icon of Gracemere, caring and devoted husband, family man suddenly passed away on Wednesday night 11/09/2019 as a result of a severe Heart attack in a Brisbane Hospital.
