05.01.2022 STATE OF FIRE EMERGENCY DECLARED A State of Fire Emergency has been declared for 38 Local Government Areas across Queensland, overriding all existing permits to light fire and prohibiting the lighting of all types of fires outdoors and certain activities that can cause fires to ignite, including: fireworks outdoor cooking fires welding, grinding and use of oxy acetylene cutting or heating outdoors. ...
