21.01.2022 Studio Update Graceville Paws have implemented the following measures to ensure the ongoing health, safety, and wellbeing. ... 1. We will be to greeting you at the front gate or car for your pets appointment upon your arrival. We will ask you to remove and take your pets lead with you. Please wait for our text before pick up, we will bring your pet out to you. 2 We will continue daily cleaning and sanitising our front of house reception to each piece of equipment in the studio. 3. We will be reducing our working hours and extend the time between each appointment by 30 mins in order to comply with social distancing expectations and to avoid overlapping times. 4. All payments are made by EFT. We will not be accepting cash. 5. Friends of Graceville Paws that have recurring bookings may have their appointments rescheduled, but their bookings will be prioritised. We will keep you updated on any more changes.
