15.01.2022 Before you habitually bitch about Mondays, please ask yourself why.. Why does it suck so bad? Is it your job? If your job sucks, what are you doing to get out of it? Are you up-skilling yourself ? Are you following your passion? Is your current dissatisfaction necessary long term to put you in a better position? ... Did you have a good weekend? Is it just because you have a poor work ethic and believe you should be on holiday every day? Were you able to enjoy your weekend and holidays you get because of the money your job gets you? There might be a few reasons why Monday sucks for you. But there is probably more reasons why it doesn’t. It’s a privilege to have a job, to study, to wake up every day, to move, to walk.. Maybe it’s your attitude that sucks. #attitudeiseverything See more

11.01.2022 Sometimes your 110% isn’t enough and that’s what will cut you up the most. When you will do anything but you still fall short. Failure is part of success, by no means does it mean give up. You might have to change your approach, seek different advice and find a new 110% #failureispartofsuccess

10.01.2022 more often than not a hot mess especially after training at least with @ecomealprep my shakes always cold Protein tastes so much better in ice cold water and find when you are satisfied with the simple things it’s so much easier to stay on track Sometimes it’s the simplest things that help me stay on track, if you are struggling to stay on track don’t be afraid to talk to me or someone close to you about it. So often, I talk to girls who just don’t know how to get out of a circle of bad habits and they are so relieved to realise they are not alone. I’ve failed 100 times at a lot of things and try use this to my advantage to help other people nowWe are creatures of habit, which means as hard as it can be to break bad habits: once you are on the right track it just gets easier and easier.

07.01.2022 Imagine if I told you, I could get too exactly where you want to be. Would you be willing to do whatever it takes ? I’m sure your initial answer is, yes. It’s definitely possible but it’ll mean sacrifices. It’ll mean doing things you don’t want too and sacrificing things you want too. That one thing you leave out could be the difference between getting there and not. I encounter this every single day and it never ceases to surprise me, I meet a new client: they tell me me how... bad they want to loose 10kg, look better, feel better, whatever it is. But sometimes as little as a few days later, they won’t be willing to make even the smallest sacrifices. I get it it’s hard but if it were easy everyone would do it. So ask yourself how bad do you want it? or stop lying to yourself about saying you might make a change because you want to feel better but don’t want to do the work. See more

01.01.2022 Burnt out If there’s one thing I’m guilty of it’s running myself into the ground and not listening to my body. Often my desire to help others outweighs the importance of looking after myself. I actually hate saying no. Such a small two letter word that I struggle to say. I find it so much easier to say yes, even if it puts me in a position that most people wouldn’t dream of just to help someone. It’s okay to say no. Nothing wrong with wanting to help people. Just a reminder, that you are a priority and if you don’t look after yourself you won’t be able to help anyone anyway.
