13.01.2022 Our customers have been asking where the name of our sour dough came from, Pane Valle Maggia, its a sour dough with a very long fermentation. It is crafted by hand by craftsmen in the village of Maggia Ticino in Switzerland an Italian speaking village, still today as I speak the bakers will be hard at work. Its appearance dark crusty savoury flavour with a great shelf life. The boss's favourite.
