18.01.2022 I would like to thank everyone that came to visit us this morning, its so nice to see you all again, we really have missed you! We are trying very hard to fit you all in for your missed catch ups! For those that were rude and impatient with my staff I need you to do me a favour... Please remember we had 36 hours to get ready to open, 36 hours to get food there, 36 hours to prep a new menu and train staff to cook and plate it, 36 hours to find new front of house staff, train them, 36 hours to move our operation outside and train our existing staff....... we are doing the very best we can, but we are working it out and we will get better, but its going to take us a little time, so please over the next couple of weeks a little understanding and a little patience.

I would like to let you all know that we passed with flying colours, we are doing everything above and beyond to make sure that we produce your coffees and meals in a safe manner for you and my staff.
