I have been watching asmr ever since it came out and it was one of the only things that helped me with my ocd and anxiety. If you dont know what asmr is its short for Autonomous sensory meridian response and it refers to 1. a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. My favourite asmr artist on youtube is Gentle whisperer. Do you have one?
