04.01.2022 Happy mid March everyone. It's hard to believe we're already nearly a quarter way through 2020. It's been a wonderfully expansive and busy start to this new dec...ade I saw in the New Year with loved ones, deep within the loving embrace of Bali, enjoying an unforgettable 2 months prepping, preparing and offering our 1st week long Breathwork, Yoga and Meditation Retreat - Return to the Sacred Self After my return to Oz I enjoyed a month with my family on the Gold Coast and Brisbane. It's been such a nice time and space to spend with my Sisters, Nieces, Nephew and Father After this I flew to Melbourne to explore the city and surrounds as I've never spent time in Melbourne and have been feeling the draw to do so for a while now. It captured me and I spent my time having adventures, eating amazing Vegan food and deepening new friendships I began in Bali. Such a joy Currently i'm on the Gold Coast supporting my Sister launch her new online business as the timing is ideal with me being on the East Coast. I'll most likely be here for another week smoothing out the processes and streamlining things then i'll be heading back to Perth. Once I'm back I will be taking private one on one BW sessions as well as private groups of up to 4 ppl and continuing to hold the weekly Wednesday eve Group BW Journey's. There's quite a long list of ppl awaiting my return and i'm foreseeing a busy schedule, so as soon as I know when i'm returning i'll let everyone know and we can go from there If you're desiring a private session with me or wanting to attend a group BW journey, please let me know and i'll place you on the list and we can organise details as soon as i'm heading Perth way It's been my absolute honour and pleasure to see in this amazing year, supporting others through their internalised journey of breath and deepening their connection to themselves and I very much look forward to continuing to offer these deeply sacred and moving journeys through the breath and self when I return to Perth. 03.01.2022 I'm finally back from Bali and my longer than expected family visit to QLD due to Covid. It feels great to be home and back in the WA energies. I'm taking private bookings from Wednesday 19th August for those with space where they live with adequate privacy. I'm currently securing a sacred space of my own in the Fremantle area and will update you all when I'm up and running for private Journeys there. I will be holding weekly Intimate Breathwork Groups again as soon as I have... a sacred space to hold them. If you would like to hold one at your place for up to 4 people please contact me to arrange. I'm very much looking forward to again offering this transformational Somatic therapy and journey to all that seek it's embrace. Much love Graeme

I'm very excited to bringing this Men's Group to the HER Centre and welcoming all the Men that are curious or looking for a solid place to spend time with other Men and actually discuss the important things in our lives. 01.01.2022 Finally we get to gather and begin this journey together. The Gathering commences this Thursday evening at 6:30pm. It's been an interesting two weeks holding my excitement and patiently waiting This extra time has allowed me to consolidate the purpose of this Men's Group and acknowledge the need for places like this in today's society. A place where Men can come and listen, to share their hard earned wisdom, to be in a place of equals and let all the competition, bravado an...d unhealthy Masculine at the door. This invitation is open to any Man that has been yearning for a Brotherhood, looking for a place to ask the tough and heavy questions and receive grounded and concise information, wisdom and direction with such matters. We have such emotional capacity and intelligence within us and with all of our capable and willing hands, we all get the chance to learn, grow, fall and get back up again.
