22.01.2022 Merry Christmas to all our customers! We will be back on the 2nd January to attend to residential breakdowns. Meanwhile as we are in storm season if your air conditioner does seem to be faulting try turning it off for 15 minutes at the circuit breaker then turning it on again. (Don't attempt this if you are not familiar with your meter box though). ... Our techs are available for commercial breakdowns only between Christmas and New Year. Chris and the team wish you a safe and fun holiday and a fantastic 2018.

16.01.2022 Merry Christmas to all our customers! Grafton Air will be closed for residential services until Jan 3rd 2017.

09.01.2022 Hi Everyone, just a quick reminder with the up coming heat wave to clean your filters, so your a/c doesn't give up when you need it most. if you would like us to come and service your air conditioner, give us a call on 66431490. also it is free quotes on any new installs.

07.01.2022 Our heroic techs are super busy with the hot weather, so here are some hints and tips to try before calling for help. These tips can save you money on unnecessary call outs, and will help your air conditioner keep you cool. If it’s an extremely hot day please remember that some air conditioners will struggle to cool (just like us!) if you are getting around 10C difference between inside and outside temperatures then your air-con is doing well. If it doesn’t appear to b...e cooling at all, or if it has stopped altogether try running it in the cool of the morning before calling for a tech as you may find it is just struggling rather than actually faulting. Turn your air conditioner on early during very hot days, rather than waiting until the room gets too hot. Close your blinds and curtains during the day to keep heat out. When you come home to a hot house, open doors and windows to flush out the hot air before switching on your air conditioner. If practical, cool your home at night by opening windows. Set the temperature as high as you feel comfortable, generally 24C or above. Each 1C decrease can add as much as 10% to your cooling costs. Air conditioners are sensitive to power fluctuations and in stormy weather can need a reset to get them running again
