24.01.2022 WE ARE MOVING!! We will be closed on Wed17th & Thurs18th Feb so we can move into our new shed. We are still at the brewey, same gate, just a bit further down the road, check out the map. Re-open on Friday 19th in our brand new spacious shed hopefully everything goes smoothly but please bare with us if we have a few hiccups. Can't wait!

19.01.2022 We finally got to hand over $1435 to the childrens ward today. The nurses were so stoked to received so much & very much appreciate everyones donations. They have decided to buy some health monitoring equipment for the kids & a mobile baby bath. Well done everyone & we thankyou for all your contributions to our local community

18.01.2022 To everyone who brought one of our bags or popped some change in the donation box give yourselves a good pat on the back cause you have raised an amazing $1000 for the GBH nurses totalling a whopping $2385 since May. Yesterday we handed it over to a very grateful director of nusing Sharon Wright. So far the nurses are still deciding what to spend the money on & we will keep you posted on their decision. Well done everyone, lets keep it going. We will be changing the charity over the next 3 months to share the love, we'll let you know who. So come in buy a bag & keep recycling

11.01.2022 These are some of the more common items that we accept at Grafton Container Return. Basically if it has 10c refund written on the item bring it in. No need to sort plastics from glass etc our machine sorts them automatically for you! But please folks DON'T crush them, we will reject them. So check your recycling before you throw it out or you could be throwing money away. Bring them down to gate 5,the old brewery.

11.01.2022 Thankyou to everyone who bought one of our bags or simply donated to the charities over the last 3 months, as today we handed over $750 to Clarence Community Transport to keep on truckin and $700 to New School of Arts for their 'Ride for Youth' program. Next week we will give $1435 to GBH childrens ward. During July, Aug & Sep you guys have raised an amazing $2885!! So good! For the next 3 mths our charities will be GBH childrens ward & Yamba, Minnie/Wooli Surf Life Saving Clubs. So don't stop now, come down & buy a bag or throw a couple of coins in the tins. Every little cent is hugely appreciated Keep recycling people

11.01.2022 Hey everyone, we will be closed for the rest of today, our technician has turned up to replace the conveyor belt which is quite a big job. Our poor machine has copped a beating lately & needs a bit of tlc we apologise for this but it has to be done. We will be open tomorrow as normal 7.30am to 4pm. Thanks for your patience

05.01.2022 Just letting everybody know that on Wednesday 5th August we will be closed till lunchtime. Our machine is due for her service which our technician estimates to take around 4 hours. So anyone coming from out of town on Wednesday please leave it till after 12.30ish, we hate to inconvenience everyone with this but it is necessary to keep her running smoothly. 01.01.2022 During the month of June come down to Grafton Container Return & buy a bag for $2 to help support the awesome nursing staff at Grafton Hospital. These guys work bloody hard, day & night, looking after our community, especially during covid 19. Your donations so far have come to an amazing $1385, which we handed over yesterday. The nurses are so grateful & appreciate every dollar you guys give. We would like to thank everyone who has contributed from the bottom of our hearts. Its a small price to give & you get a pretty good bag at the same time
