23.01.2022 ****ITS OFFICIAL**** the wet weather little barn works! Next time we need to use the 'Little Barn' will be on a Thursday (and not Friday) and we will have at the very least 16 stalls on site. Many of our stall holders were flooded in, or had their vehicles bogged elsewhere or had other functions to attend or couldn't harvest and that is the harsh reality of being a farmer.... Market Square will always be our first choice for our twilight farmers market, but if it has been raining for a long period of time we need to consider the grounds don't get ripped up when we drive on them which is why we need a wet weather venue. Next year when the Grafton Showground Trade Centre has finished its makeover (picture attached) we will be using that venue as an alternative wet weather venue. For those who are not going away to the coast this XMAS our market will continue to run through January and we will be there on Christmas Eve. Thanks to everyone who came today it is greatly appreciated.

23.01.2022 FOR THE PAST 10 weeks we have had the Copmanhurst RFS join us at our weekly twilight farmers market to promote their activities and the fire season and what they do as a volunteer agency. Our market was proud to sponsor the brigades Christmas Raffle this year with a $100 gift voucher where they raised around $2000 through raffle ticket sales. The raffle was drawn on Thursday by me at our Christmas Eve market and we have 4 local winners. We are stoked to support our volunteer groups!

21.01.2022 To all our customers we hope your day was great!

19.01.2022 WE WILL BE AT MARKET SQUARE this Thursday. Looking forward to seeing you all for some of that last minute shopping!

18.01.2022 MARKET SQUARE LAYOUT: we return back to the market square layout today starting from our winter time of 2.30pm. The weather over the past three months has been a real challenge to host the market and in particular for many of our growers, makers and producers. Please be patient with us as we gather up steam again and power ahead to become an iconic must attend event on Thursday afternoons in Grafton.... Our goal is to provide a weekly twilight event that offers a warm and friendly atmosphere where our community can gather and connect with their family and friends to buy fresh local produce and support small family owned and operated businesses and listen to live music. See you today from 2.30pm.

13.01.2022 LIGHT AUTUMN NIGHTS: fingers crossed the rain is gone as we move to our autumn and winter trading hours between 2.30pm 6.30pm. The fairy lights are out, we have 30 local family stall holders and 3 local community stallholders. We have created a delicious local eat street to make it so easy for you to come and grab some amazing home cooked tasty food that you can either eat on site or take home for the family.... We will even do a market delivery if you are keen and ring us early enough (M: 0402 404 606). However we think you may enjoy a stroll down our new look market eat street avenue as the colours, the vibe, flavours and the scent of food cooking is part of the food experience we are offering. We are now allowed to officially expand so if you have a food dream you have been wanting to explore, or you have a collaboration idea you want to undertake with an existing stall holder, or you are a unique food or craft artisan we are very keen to have a chat. We are looking for permanent stallholders so that our customers will love you and keep coming back for more. We are also looking for musicians to register because we want your Thursday nights to be about the gathering of our Clarence Valley tribe where we can relax, connect and eat and support local small businesses thrive. See you all next Thursday at your very own Twilight Farmers Market. When you shop with us you are supporting local small family owned and operated businesses and farmers who are value adding. All stall holders must be registered and have certifications for what they do. Along with this they are insured and have strict NSW Food Authority Guidelines to adhere to.
