23.01.2022 If you are being bullied online, here are some tips on what to do: try not to respond keep everything that is sent to you report it to the platform block the person or people from being able to contact you if after 48 hours the image or content has not been removed by the site, contact the eSafety Commissioner delete your current online account and start a new one. 11.01.2022 The 2021 Youth Week Colour Run. Thanks to everyone who participated and a special thanks to the event partners. What an awesome event.

11.01.2022 It has been an exciting month here at headspace Grafton, with not one, but two Artists of the Month for October so this month we welcome Leah & Ryan. Leah’s featured art shows an effective use of painting over written word and use of spoken word creatively in her pictures. Different mediums used include paint, texter, and pen. Ryan, an art student with local spray painter Kade, has displayed artworks featuring Spider Man, Peter Parker, and sketches of Grafton landmarks. Rya...n’s bold prints use texter, pen, paint, and spray paint. Each month I get to write a little bit about the benefits of art and creativity this month is no different. Creativity is a gift and we all have it, whether it be decorating a cake, painting a car, or choosing how to arrange your hair in morning your limits to creativity stop with you. Spoiler alert !! Get excited for next month’s Artist - Mark; our very own Community Engagement Officer. Contact Renee or Mark on facebook or insta, call or pop in if you would like to be an artist of the month we are now taking expressions of interest for next year!

10.01.2022 There's quite a bit of reputable research about that highlights the positive influences from drama, and the performing arts, especially on young people. These benefits help young people to appraise situations, think outside the box, trust their ideas and abilities and be more confident going into unfamiliar situations. So, if you are a budding thespian or someone who has wanted to give drama a try, come in and see either Acacia or Mark at headspace Grafton or give us a call.
