24.01.2022 Its officially official ! You may have heard that Ive served my last supper at Limonata. Its true. Id like to welcome Nathan and Krystal Earp as the new hos...ts of Graftons most magical dining spot by the river. Both Nathan and Krystal bring a wealth of hospitality experience with them and I wish them every success when they open the doors to Austin & Co. in mid May. Whilst Ill miss the many wonderful guests, both local regulars and travellers alike, Im really looking forward to enjoying my weekends and nights with my family. Thanks to the team that was, especially Chloe, Darby, Kathy, Koomi, Bethany and Nathan, and to everyone who gave me and my little restaurant a chance to be. Buon Appetito ! See more

24.01.2022 Today has been Potato & Rosemary Pizza Sunday. Everyone who ordered pizza for lunch today selected the mighty spud to crown their dough. Mind you with the gloriously smelly and gloopy Taleggio on top, why wouldnt this be your pick. Its certainly my favourite !

11.01.2022 Last night I made Lasagne for dinner. Thermomix makes great Bechamel Sauce. All ingredients in at once, 7 minutes on 90 degrees and super smooth without having ...to worry about the right temperature and constant stirring. Thermie does it all. I love my thermie ! Every layer of the lasagne can be done in the thermomix - pasta, bolognese and bechamel - as well as grating the parmesan for the top in 5 seconds flat. There is no better time to buy a thermomix if youre on a strict budget than with the current 12 months interest free offer available for 1 month only. See more

08.01.2022 Trip Advisor ! Sometimes you wish it didnt exist ! But youve got to take the bad with the good, and thankfully we have a lot more good than bad reviews. Id l...ike to share our reviews from this year - all good so far. A wonderful experience 5 of 5 starsReviewed 3 February 2014 We had eaten here on our last visit to Grafton when the restaurant was called No. 1 Duke Street, so I was a bit concerned to read a few recent negative reviews. I need not have worried. We had the Cooks Table, which consisted of five courses. All of them were absolutely delicious, from the starter of quails egg with prosciutto to the amazing vanilla panna cotta with figs. The cost of the five courses was a very reasonable $55.00. Most wines were available by the glass and there was a excellent selection. The service was also excellent and done in a very friendly manner. All this coupled with the fantastic location overlooking the river at sunset makes Limonata a must-do when in Grafton. I loved this restaurant 12 months ago and nothing has changed. If only we had such a place in Taree! Absolutely divine .. 5 of 5 starsReviewed 1 February 2014 Definitely the best restaurant in Grafton. We had the Cooks Table which consisted of five courses and each course was superb. The duck was the best we had ever had and the Pannacotta with figs absolutely divine. Congratulations to the chef who clearly puts in that extra effort and the staff for a wonderful dining experience. Cant wait to go back. An unexpected gem 4 of 5 starsReviewed 27 January 2014 The Italian food was equal to the very best in Sydney and up there with well known eateries in Rome or Milan. The menu was authentic and each dish cooked to perfection from antipastii to dolci. Frankly it was surprising to find such culinary talent in a regional city. I will add that we were the only two diners in the restaurant on that Thursday evening. Limonata proved difficult to find because there was neither sign nor any indication that the place was located out of sight 50 metres along the riverside footpath. Had we have not telephoned, they could have easily lost their only two customers that evening. Nevertheless, both the food and location were brilliant. http://www.tripadvisor.com.au/ShowUserReviews-g255322-d2627

06.01.2022 Ah...a season of abundance. The first four people to walk through the door this morning came bearing gifts from their gardens. Ebony brought lovely lemons from ...her grandma; Chloe brought a pretty posey of Livingston Daisies, Cornflowers, Stocks and Lambs Ear; Joanna brought in Forget-me-not, Mint and Daulo Leaves - like spinach; and the lovely Lita brought in Parsley, Rosemary and Violets. Feeling blessed. See more
