11.01.2022 MESSAGE FROM NORTHERN EAGLES (our Northern NSW representative team) If you wish to nominate your child to trial for Northern Eagles under 12s (player must be born in 2009 or 2010) please get in contact with us at Grafton Touch Association. Also, if you would like to be nominated for the U14's or U16's (in 2021), we can send your details through too.... Nominated players must be capable of or have potential to play at the higher regional level. They must also, if selected, commit to training sessions as set down by the coaches during the months of Feb, March, April, May 2021. Trials will be held in Macksville in January for those who are nominated. The championships are held in Orange next June.

Please be reminded it is your responsibility to manage that team before, during and after games. Grafton Touch Association has zero tolerance for bad language and poor behaviour. 02.01.2022 TEAM REQUIREMENTS This is a reminder to all teams that everyone must be in matching shirts/singlets. This came into effect last week and is a one try penalty to the opposition for each infringement. Also, any team that does not fulfil their Refereeing duties will be deducted three points from the competition ladder, which has also been enforced. (If your team is not confident officiating, we will supply a buddy ref to support) Finally, for the safety of all players, sunglass...es, watches and jewellery is not to be worn when playing. 01.01.2022 Mixed Open round 12 forfeit notification for Wednesday 20th January Thanks to the 90% of teams who gave notification last week if they were forfeiting or not. With round 12 next Wednesday 20th January, it is imperative that any teams unable to field a team please notify Grafton Touch. It is each team delegate's responsibility to contact their members to confirm numbers. If teams provide us with this information ASAP, we can arrange alternate games for their opposition. The draw will be finalised Sunday night and referees appointed too.
