22.01.2022 We’ve been quiet because we just didn’t know what was going to happen here. The Clarence River has finally started to recede, we have been so fortunate we didn’t have to clean inside. Thank you to everyone who has rung to see how we are going. We should be hopefully going again In a few days Thank you

10.01.2022 It’s all good news on the old highway from Tynedale to Grafton The water is pretty much receded just a bit to go down by the Ti Tree farm just out of South Grafton and this part of the road will probably open up tonight. However it’s only my observation but the water has been moving pretty well since yesterday and last night. We will open in the morning back into it for breakfasts etc Just so everyone knows a new guy has taken over the BP servo next door and his prices for un...leaded were 14c cheaper than in town and if he keeps it down there he will be 20c cheaper as of today but this was all before the floods. The unleaded price before the floods was 129.5 and the pumps have remained unchanged as of tonight but the servo has been closed due to the flooding. The diesel was 129.5 before the floods.
